Connect your NAPA account
Three steps, about five minutes. Then parts search in Autex uses your own NAPA prices and stock, and you can order straight from the job.
How to connect it

Press Connect NAPA in Autex
Go to Settings, then Connections. Under Suppliers, press Connect NAPA next to NAPA. NAPA's sign-up form opens in a new tab.

Fill in NAPA's form
Enter your garage name, email, postcode and NAPA account number. Choose Autex as your garage software and submit.
Use the same postcode and email your garage has in Autex, so we can match NAPA's approval to you.

NAPA approves it
NAPA sends a verification ID. We pick it up, test your account and email you when it's live. Until then you'll see demo prices and ordering is off.
Got NAPA's email yourself? Type the account number and verification ID into the NAPA row in Settings and press Save.
Before you start
- A NAPA Auto Parts trade account and its account number
- An admin login for Autex
Once it's live
- Your prices. Parts search shows your NAPA trade prices, not demo ones.
- Your stock. See what your own branch has before you promise the customer.
- Order from the job. The part and its price land on the job sheet. No phoning the counter.
